relax shopping
This is the first time that we've shopped from otto.nl. We've moved to a new house and needed some indoor furnitures. First, we found the web interface user friendly, with good explanations about the products while shopping. Especially product dimensions with clear pictures helped us to decide easily and compare other similar products before ordering. The shipment was also good for all ordered products and well informed. You get a lot of date and timing information. Packaging of products were still well preserved and none of the products had any damage or problem on the way. Delivery people were also careful and friendly as I observed them. Self assembly booklets are well prepared and there were no missing parts and pieces from the package.
